i realized two things today:
(1) that people really do care about life - especially with the numbers that came out (me included) to mourn and yet celebrate ian's life - his dad said it best that there is nothing more sacred to us all than a good cold beer. damn, that makes me miss him. it was good to see old friends, and to reminisce.
(2) that a certain someone is so cute when she is:
[1] running around, being extra fussy and picky, to find that perfect agenda... all the while, fifteen minutes later, after some more fussing and cussing, going back to the first choice that she saw...
[2] and her reaction during WAR, especially during the scenes that made the movie rated "R"... priceless... she easily reminds me of that song by ne-yo called "when you're mad"... she spent at least a quarter of the time with her eyes covered... only to open them to see jet li decapitate another person... mmm...

mood: very optimistic even though still thinking about ian... and...
